Brad has managed a wide variety of commercial properties including neighborhood and community retail centers, a regional mall, office and industrial buildings.

Over the years, Brad's experience and talents have been utilized in a number of retail property redevelopments with a high degree of success.

Brad's primary role consists of overseeing the day-to-day property management and leasing activities of all assets in the SilverLeaf Asset Managment portfolio.

- Layton Hills Mall (500,000 SqFt regional mall) - Layton, UT

- Uptown Plaza (190,000 SqFt shopping center) Phoenix, AZ
