Colby brings to SilverLeaf Financial a background of ten years experience within the commercial and residential real estate and development sector.

His primary roles at SilverLeaf include sourcing investor capital and administrating the disposition of acquired collateral property.

He also represents SilverLeaf with his involvement in the Mountain West Capital Network. Listed below are several of his professional and personal achievements and highlights.

 

EXPERIENCE

- Managed and completed over one hundred construction projects along the Wasatch front and surrounding areas.

- Sat on the Board of Directors for several architectural committees.

- Developed marketing and sales strategies for a number of local and national construction companies.

- Administered engineering and entitlement processes with city, county, and state authorities pertaining to retail, single family, and multifamily residential projects.

- Served as a property manager for five years.

Nicely complimenting his real estate background, Colby owned and managed an outsource-marketing company as well. It was organized to target international campaigns for European wholesale showrooms. During that time he was responsible for coordinating events, showings, and other offerings pertaining to the company's latest product releases.

 

EDUCATION

Weber State University: Studied Business Administration and Technical Sales.

 

PERSONAL

Colby is very active in the local community, and enjoys the charitable organizations with which he is involved. Colby and his wife Mary, proudly sit together on the Board of Directors for Kirilenko's Kids. They work hand in hand with the Kirilenko's (Andrei and Masha), to support their charitable foundation. In addition, their efforts also include contributing to both UNICEF and the NBA Cares organizations. Furthermore, Colby plays an integral role in organizing the Deron Williams Point of Hope Foundation Celebrity Golf Classic; whereas, SilverLeaf Financial is the Lead Sponsor for the event. On a personal note, Colby has been a volunteer youth basketball coach for better than four years.

Colby and his family currently live in Davis County. He sends love to his wife and 13 year old twins, Janessa and Dallas.
